A Little About Us

CSI Property Management (CSI) was founded in 1996 as a small property management firm that specialized in offering personal, “hands-on” service to clients. As the firm expands, our goal is to maintain this personal, “hands-on” service. We are located in Davidson and manage over 100 associations. Our team possesses the solid, proven experience needed to assume the management of communities.

Our philosophy at CSI is team work. We view our clients as members of our team, working together for the benefit of the community. We want open communication between our firm, the Board, committees, and members of the association.

Our staff believes in serving our clients with honesty, integrity, professionalism and superior communication.

CSI is committed to Superior Customer Service and All-Inclusive Fees. 

There are three items we believe separate us from other management firms:
(1) Service
(2) Our all-inclusive fees
(3) Competitively priced maintenance division

The majority of our business has come through word-of-mouth recommendations that are based on excellent response and service we provide each of our clients. Our fees are all inclusive. This means that we DO NOT:  
- charge trip fees.
- charge for writing violation letters or late notices except for paper and postage.
- take a percentage of late fees or fines charged to homeowners.

CSI is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI), HOA-USA, Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce, Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, and the Better Business Bureau. Karen Swope, a principal, is a board member of the NC-CAI Chapter.

COBO: COMMUNITY AND OWNERS BUYING ORGANIZATION:
CSI has recently joined COBO, an alliance of independently owned community management companies and self-managed communities. COBO offers many “perks” (at no cost to the community) through this alliance. We are excited to be part of this national organization that offers ways for us to help our communities and owners.
